HEALTH ALL ROUND
After what has been a tough few months, we have some exciting news to share - we’re finalists in the Charity of the Year (£100k to £500k turnover) for this year’s Scottish Charity Awards!
All finalists have also been entered into the People’s Choice category, where the public have the chance to vote for their favourite finalist. We need your support to gather as many votes as possible for Health All Round to win the People’s Choice Award - and to receive the recognition community health charities like ours deserve.

Out and About
April ‘25
Our latest 'Out and About' trip as part of Art for Health was very illuminating. Expert guide Duncan demystified the sculptures and prints inscribed with concrete poetry in the current exhibition of work by "avant-gardener" Ian Hamilton Finlay in Modern Two on Belford Road.
Big thanks to Duncan and the @nationalgalleriesscot team for helping make it a memorable afternoon

Ecotherapy
May ‘25
Last week our ecotherapy group visited Harrison Park to celebrate the cherry blossom trees being in full bloom. We did a little meditation by the trees and each wrote some words which became a collective poem about nature and change.
Meditation Group
March ‘25
Did you know that Health All Round runs a free meditation group that meets twice a month on a Wednesday afternoon?
Meditation is proven to help with anxiety, stress, sleep and more – but why just take our word for it?
