Anxiety Management course open
January 2026
We’re very pleased to announce the next Anxiety Management course will be starting on Tuesday 10 February.
Hollie and Tom will be facilitating this group aimed at developing your relationship with anxiety by increasing understanding, connecting with others, and offering tools and strategies.
It will take place every Tuesday over 7 weeks at Four Square, 454 Gorgie Road, EH11 2RN.
